 M/s. ANJNI CASTING PRIVATE LIMITED is a Private Limited Company, Registered under the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of Incorporation No.55-37911 of 1989-90 dated 04-10-1989. The Company has its registered office at U-26, Green Park (Main) New Delhi-110016. The Company has been promoted by Sh. S.K. Naidu an Engineer. Later his son-in-law Dr. Sanjay Bhalla joined him as director and he has over 6 Year experience of Marketing of Manganese Steel Castings and is presently handling Finance and Marketing of the company. Sh. S.K. Naidu the main promoter of the Company has over Three decades of experience in Steel Industry. He started his Career with Tata Iron and Steel Co. Limited, Jamshedpur. Where he worked for three years as Steel Foundry Supervisor. Later he joined M/s. Bhartiya Electric Steel Co.Ltd., Faridabad (Supplier of Hitech Steel Castings to Defence and Railways) and worked as Manager Operation for eight years. Since 1981 Sh. S.K. Naidu has worked as consultant to various Steel Industries. In 1989 Sh. S.K. Naidu formed Anjni Casting Private Limited, and set up his own Steel Foundry having production capacity of 2400 M.T. per annum and since then the company is working successfully. |

Land & Building |
The land was purchased from Haryana Urban Development Authority, Gurgaon and registered in name of the Company which is admeasuring 4000 Sq.mtrs. situated in Roz-Ka-Meo Industrial Area, Sohna, Distt. Gurgaon (Haryana). Roz-Ka-Meo is a notified Industrial Area developed by Haryana State Government and has been provided with the entire necessary infrastructure. As far as location is concerned, it is situated on main Gurgaon-Alwar Road. The Factory Building has been constructed as per Drawing sanctioned by Town Planning Department of Haryana Urban Development Authority, Gurgaon / Chandigarh.
The building comprises of Working Shed, Office Block, Guard Room, Store Room, Generator Room, Main Workshop, Transformer Room, Electric Meter Room, Laboratory and Weighment Room. Keeping in view of the requirement of Water, the Company has also installed own Tube well. |

Plant & Machinery, Equipments and Miscellaneous Fixed Assets |
All the Plant & Machinery installed by the Company has been sourced from reputed foundry equipment manufactures nationally. The main machinery includes Electric Induction Furnaces with Panels, Cooling Towers, E.O.T. Cranes, Air Pollution Control Devices, Transformer, Annealing Plant, Air Compressors, Chipping Machines, Grinders, knock out Machine, Sand reclamation Machinery, Super Sand Mixer etc. Pouring Laddles, Weighment Bridge, D.G. Set 750 KVA, D.G. set, -180 KVA, Laboratory Equipments, Electrical Installation, Lathe Machine , Shot Blasting, VTL Machine and other Miscellaneous Assets in the form of Office Equipments, Vehicles and Furniture and Fixtures. The list of Plant & Machineries installed is enclosed herewith and detailed list of in house testing facilities for testing Raw Materials and FinishedProducts is also enclosed.
The office staff, supervisors, skilled labour and unskilled labour requirements of the unit is available locally. |

Raw Materials |
| Steel Scrap is the main raw material used in this Industry. Scrap consists of the By-products of steel fabrications and worm out broken or discarded articles made of Iron or Steel. The other source of the scrap is pit scrap, ingots too short to roll, rejected ingots and cuttings, blooms and billets, end cutting from bars etc. The other raw material includes Ferro Manganese, Silico Manganese, Ferro Chrome, Zircon Paint, Thinner, Graphite Powder, Grinding wheels, Welding Electrodes, Diesel Oil for D.G. set and L.D.O. etc. All these items are easily available in the local open market. |
